Description
CULTURE3D is a large-scale, open-source dataset of cultural landmarks and terrain scenes captured from across the globe. The repository provides high-resolution aerial and terrestrial imagery, dense and sparse point-clouds (PLY/PCD), COLMAP and RealityCapture reconstructions, and VR-ready 3D models — including heritage sites such as the Pyramids, the Forbidden City, historic European monuments, and academic campuses. Designed to support structure-from-motion, multi-view stereoscopy, neural rendering (e.g. Gaussian Splatting / NeRF), SLAM, semantic segmentation and virtual-reality applications, CULTURE3D serves as a comprehensive benchmark for high-fidelity 3D reconstruction, cultural-heritage preservation, and immersive heritage-scale visualisation.
